Cortlandt Contracting Corp. is a fully licensed and insured general contracting company located in Westchester, New York. We serve high-end residential customers throughout the New York and Connecticut area. We have completed a vast array of projects from home improvements such as a new kitchen or bath to major home renovations, additions and new construction. Cortlandt Contracting President, Paul Hartigan, has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Paul has a college degree in Quantity Surveying (precision estimating) from Limerick College in Ireland and worked for a number of years at a large general contracting company in New York City before setting up his own company. Cortlandt Contracting also has a number of skilled employees who are honest, dedicated and hardworking and strive to maintain a safe and clean job site. We as a team make every effort to fully satisfy the needs of our clients. We are involved from conception to completion of the project and are always available to address any additional needs.
